
Yes! Tours may be scheduled Monday through Friday. To schedule one, please send an email to director@truesouthernevents.com. We ask that guests arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time so that tours may begin exactly when scheduled. If guests do not arrive at the venue within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time of their tour, it may be rescheduled.
To reserve a date and use of our venue at Rocky River, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract. The non-refundable deposit goes toward the overall cost of your event. The full balance is due 90 days prior to your event. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, checks or online bank transfer. Checks should be made out to True Southern Events and mailed to 4365 Highway 24, Suite E, Anderson, SC 29626.
The standard Rocky River rental packages include 12 hours of access to the venue for your event, along with 60" tables - round (10), wooden garden chairs (100), 6' tables - rectangle (4), and 8' tables - rectangle (4). Yes! We welcome decorations for special events, however, we do have certain limitations. Paper confetti, glitter, unprotected candles, silk flower petals, and sand are strictly prohibited. Hay and birdseed are permitted outdoors only. We ask that you respect the walls and furniture, and abstain from use of nails, screws, or staples. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are enclosed in glass containers with at least 3-inches above the flame to prevent damage to any surfaces, linens, and decorations.
